A Hydrogen Carbon Clean takes about an hour. Most other cleans take a day or two, and Nas shows you the before and after.

All services
We do six engine cleans at our Kings Park workshop. Hydrogen and Full Engine cleans work through the engine without taking it apart. Walnut Blasting and EGR cleaning take parts off. DPF and injector cleans fix one diesel component.

What’s the difference between the engine cleans?
Three kinds of clean
The difference is how much of the engine comes apart. Chemical cleans work through the running engine. By-hand cleans take parts off to reach carbon a chemical can’t. Component cleans fix one diesel part. That decides the price and the time.
Chemical
Stays together
Hydrogen Carbon Clean ($275, about an hour) runs through the hot side of the engine without taking anything apart. Full Engine Carbon Clean (from $715, one day) cleans both sides of the EGR, the cold side and the hot side, because cleaning one side lets the other re-contaminate it.
By hand
Parts come off
Walnut Blasting cleans carbon off the intake valves, on petrol, diesel or hybrid engines. EGR & Intake Manifold Cleaning takes the EGR and manifold off. For build-up a chemical clean won’t reach, priced after the scan.
Diesel only
One component
DPF Cleaning clears a blocked filter, from $715 when it’s cleaned on the car. Diesel Injector Cleaning is for injectors that have stopped spraying cleanly.
