Meet the Specialist
Nas started working on engines over two decades ago. What began as a passion for understanding how engines work turned into a career — and eventually, Expert Carbon Cleaning.
As an authorised mechanic with 20+ years of hands-on experience, Nas has worked on everything from family sedans to high-performance European cars, commercial fleet vehicles, and 4WD touring rigs. He’s seen firsthand how carbon buildup causes the same problems across every engine type: loss of power, rough running, warning lights, and expensive part failures that could have been prevented.
That experience is why Expert Carbon Cleaning exists — to give Sydney drivers a specialist option for carbon cleaning, run by someone who actually understands engines, not just the machines.
Every vehicle that comes through our workshop gets Nas’s personal attention. He diagnoses the issue, recommends the right service, and makes sure you understand exactly what’s happening and why.

We’re based at 13/11 Romford Road, Kings Park, NSW 2148, with a purpose-equipped workshop for all carbon cleaning services.
What to expect when you visit
- Booking required — Nas confirms your time slot when you call or send the form
- Dedicated engine carbon cleaning bays with professional extraction and ventilation
- Before-and-after inspection so you can see the results
- Hydrogen cleans are done while you wait, in about an hour. For everything else, Nas gives you the time with the quote
- Waiting area with tea, coffee, and WiFi

Everything happens at Kings Park. Most of our work comes from Western Sydney — Blacktown is five minutes away, Parramatta about fifteen — but people drive in from across the metro area, because carbon cleaning is a specialist job and there aren’t many workshops set up to do it properly.

Not Just Cars — We Clean Any Engine
Most of our work is on cars and 4WDs, but carbon builds up in any internal combustion engine. We also service:
Trucks & Heavy Machinery
Light and medium trucks and diesel plant work long hours under load — the conditions that build carbon fastest. These are quoted after we see the machine rather than off a price list, and the work happens at Kings Park.
Boats
Outboard and inboard marine engines lose power and efficiency just like car engines. Our hydrogen clean restores performance without pulling the engine apart.
Caravans & Motorhomes
Diesel motorhomes and caravan tow vehicles are particularly prone to DPF and EGR issues. We clean both at our workshop.
Motorbikes
Road bikes, off-road bikes, and scooters. Carbon buildup affects small engines just as much as large ones — especially if the bike sits for long periods.
Generators
Industrial and portable generators run hard and often get neglected. Regular carbon cleaning extends their life and improves reliability.
Any other engine
If it has a combustion engine, we can clean it.
Petrol, diesel, turbocharged, naturally aspirated or hybrid.

What Sydney drivers say about Nas
I hired Nas to perform an EGR & intake 2 stage carbon clean to prepare my HiAce for a major performance install & dyno ECU tune. I've installed an oil catch can & use fuel additives so I was initially sceptical & thought my van's engine was clean. After the cleaning service I noticed that the BOV is louder plus van cruises up hills more easily & the engine is 5 to 10 Celsius cooler. It feels like the engine runs smoother & cleaner. I would recommend Nas & would go back for another carbon cleaning service again.

Just had a chemical clean done on my Mitsubishi challenger 2012 at 150,000ks. over half a cup of gunk was removed, i took it for a longer drive on the way home and the difference is noticeable especially when pulling up hills, Customer service was amazing and Nas was great at explaining everything so i knew what my options were before making them, totally recommend 10/10!
